A few helpful details
Before you begin
Will a framed print be delivered?
No. This is a digital artwork experience. Printing, frames and devices are not included.
What can I personalize?
Layouts, names, title, event details, colours, fonts, print sizes and sky-detail controls are available in the studio.
Which files can I download?
PNG at 300 PPI, SVG and PDF. The editor also provides a five-size PNG ZIP. Each purchase includes 10 export credits. PNG, PDF and SVG use 1 credit each; the five-size PNG ZIP uses 5. Preview and editing are free.
Are my event details sent to Orvuni?
Your last saved or exported design settings, including names, event dates and locations, are saved with your order so you can reopen it. Artwork files are generated in your browser. Contact Orvuni through Etsy Messages to request deletion.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. Use the mobile tabs for preview, style and personal details. Open the link directly in Chrome or Safari, outside the Etsy app. Phone-width layout and editing have been checked in Chrome; physical Android and iPhone downloads are not yet verified. For very large files, use a desktop if your phone runs out of memory.
